Floor Stripping and Waxing in Ottawa

Match floor care to the surface

Before booking, identify the flooring material and describe its current finish and condition. Stripping and waxing must suit the surface. If you are unsure what kind of floor you have, share that when requesting a quote so the appropriate care can be discussed.

• Vinyl flooring
• Linoleum flooring
• Other hard floors, subject to confirming suitability

Plan for access and time off the floor

Floor work needs a clear work area and a plan for people moving through the building. Discuss furniture, alternate routes and the time available before the floor must reopen. Confirm drying and return-to-use guidance for the agreed work before scheduling staff or visitors.

Coordinate hard-floor and carpet care

Buildings often have both carpeted and hard-floor areas. If entrances, corridors or adjoining rooms need different services, include each surface in your request. We also provide commercial carpet cleaning and property management cleaning support in Ottawa.
