A change of address brings plenty to coordinate. First Class Janitorial Services provides move-in and move-out cleaning in Ottawa for landlords, tenants and homeowners preparing a property for its next occupants.
Set the scope before moving day
Tell us about the property's size, condition and the rooms that need attention. Mention any particular cleaning requirements from your landlord or property manager. We will discuss the requested work and provide a tailored quote.
- Homes being prepared for new occupants
- Apartments and condos between tenancies
- Cleaning coordinated by landlords and property managers
Work around your key handover
Share when belongings will be removed, when keys are available and when the next occupant arrives. For managed buildings, include elevator bookings, parking arrangements and access instructions. These details help establish a workable cleaning window.
Include carpet or floor care in your request
If a property also needs carpet cleaning or strip and wax floor care, identify those areas separately. These services have their own requirements, including time before the surface can be used again. Discuss the full scope before choosing your appointment.
